When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture via your OAuth provider (Google or GitHub). We also store your game scores to power leaderboards and personal progress tracking.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. Your data is only used within CogniChase for the purposes described in this policy.
We use OAuth authentication via Google and GitHub. When you sign in with these providers, their respective privacy policies apply to the data they share with us. We store only the necessary information (name, email, profile image).
We take reasonable measures to protect your data. Your information is stored securely in our database and is never exposed publicly beyond what you choose to display (e.g., your username on leaderboards).
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at cognichase@gmail.com.
We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of CogniChase after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
